3. WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE EXCAVATION?

The excavation process normally takes 1 or 2 days. The time frame is determined by the size and depth of pool as well as on soil conditions. Unforeseen soil conditions do exist. In many areas rocks and hidden boulders may be buried underneath, there is no way to foresee this condition until we actually hit a rock or boulder. This condition will affect the excavation time frame, due to heavy machinery may need to be brought in, in order to breakup rocks or boulders. This unforeseen condition may also result in an extra fee for excavation.
